JASON RYAN
Managing Director
Jason is a seasoned protective security professional with nearly 30 years of distinguished service in law enforcement and corporate security. His expertise spans protective security, security investigations, event security, travel security, counterintelligence, crisis management, and counterterrorism.
Jason began his career in 1996 as a Constable in the New South Wales Police Force. In 1999, he joined the Australian Federal Police (AFP), earning the prestigious AFP Commissioner’s Commendation for Bravery. Over 17 years, Jason held diverse roles, including Surveillance Operative, Regional Security Advisor, and First Secretary at the Australian Embassy in Manila, where he supported counterterrorism efforts in high-risk regions like southern Thailand, Pakistan and the southern Philippines.
In 2015, Jason transitioned to the private sector as Global Security Manager for Lockheed Martin, where he led protective security across APAC and the Americas. His forward-thinking approach to security incident reporting and investigations provided critical insights, informing strategies to counter workplace violence and insider threats globally. He developed innovative programs, including a Security Awareness Training Program accredited by Australian and New Zealand Defence Forces, and spearheaded responses to critical incidents like natural disasters, global conflicts, and the COVID-19 pandemic.

With over 15 years of business services and now executive leadership experience, Corey has worked primarily with private and not for profit organizations to gain the executive skills required to analyse high level and diverse financial, strategic, governance and operational information.
Corey excels in identifying and communicating potential financial and non-financial risks to management and their Boards and provides value add strategic financial/operational advice. Corey also excels in stakeholder engagement, communications, human resources and systems integration. His experience and studies have prepared him to operate at a high strategic level and bring strong business acumen and dedication to the organization's he works with.
Corey specialises in corporate governance, finance, risk management, taxation, policy management, leadership and communications.

LIZ RAINBOW
Senior Analyst
Elizabeth (Liz) has enjoyed a rich and diverse career in cybersecurity, protective security, intelligence, financial crime, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing (AMLCTF), and Intelligence. Highlights include assessing security risks of Australian Federal Police operations, overseas and onshore, providing recommendations on how to enhance their protective security to be commensurate with the threats faced; drafting sections of Australia’s first National Threat Assessment on Money Laundering at AUSTRAC; helping to dismantle sophisticated criminal networks by analysing complex financial crime in the Financial Intelligence Assessment Team in the Australian Crime Commission; and leading a team of analysts in the production of all-source intelligence to identify potential money laundering or terrorism financing activity for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Most recently, she has focused unique combination of skills and knowledge on supporting clients uplift their cyber security as a cyber security consultant, by developing cyber security risk management frameworks aligned with their internal overarching risk management strategy and aligned with ISO27005 and ISO31000. She can also produce security governance and system security documentation for new systems in alignment with current Australian Government protective security requirements. Liz can also perform ISO27001 and IRAP review gap analysis to assist a company to efficiently and effectively integrate a newly acquired business into its security governance and processes.
Liz has deep knowledge and experience working in national security, law enforcement, protective security, AML/CTF and compliance. She enjoys using her diverse skills and experience and applying these to help businesses and organisations to design and implement governance and processes to best support the secure achievement of their business objectives and goals.
